How does the online booking system for a hair salon work?+

Are SMS reminders for clients automatic?+

Yes! The system automatically sends SMS and/or email reminders before every visit. You can set when they go out — e.g. 24 hours before the visit, 3 hours before, or both reminders.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+

Yes, with no commitment! You can cancel your subscription at any time — just one click in the settings panel.

There are no hidden fees, early-termination penalties or long-term contracts. You only pay for the months you actually use the system. You can also download all your data at any time.

What if I run out of SMS in my package?+

No problem! If you use up the SMS in your monthly package, you can:

  • Buy extra SMS at 0.08 GBP net per SMS
  • Move up to a higher plan with a larger SMS allowance
  • Enable automatic SMS top-up (smsPostPaid) for regular clients
  • Temporarily rely only on email notifications (unlimited and free)

The system automatically notifies you when 10% of your SMS limit remains.

Can clients pay a deposit when booking online?+

Yes! The system supports online payments via Przelewy24, PayU and BLIK. You can require a deposit at booking — e.g. a fixed amount of 4 GBP or a percentage of the service value (30%).

This works especially well for expensive treatments and further reduces cancellations. The money goes straight to your bank account.

Does the system work with fiscal cash registers?+

Yes! GabinetOnline uses the external bsxPrinter software, which lets it work with fiscal printers.

Can I manage several salons in one system?+

Yes! You can manage multiple locations from a single account.

Each salon has its own calendar, staff team, service pricing and settings, but you see and control everything from one admin panel. Perfect for owners of salon chains or franchises.

How does the client loyalty programme work?+

The loyalty programme (available on the Professional and Enterprise plans) lets you automatically reward regular clients with points for visits.

You can set your own rules — e.g. "every 20 GBP spent = 10 points" — and clients redeem collected points for discounts or free services. Clients see their points in the mobile app.

The result? Clients return an average of 35% more often!

What reports and statistics do I get in the system?+

You get detailed business reports that help you manage your salon better:
